B: Additionally, we run in-house training (workshops
and/or classes) for your process owners to develop their management system, incorporating
your existing business processes, thus expediting your system development project.
C: Additionally, we facilitate system and process
analysis, the analysis of hazards and/or aspects and impacts, developing the system
documents, assist in selecting a registrar valued by your customers, conduct the
pre-assessment to advise on readiness for certification. We also provide in-house
training/coaching for leaders, management representatives, auditors and problem
solving teams.
D: Additionally, we manage successful completion
of your system development project and may include our ongoing internal audit/system
review/improvement service.
For options “C” and “D”, we guarantee certification,
if required. For all options, we provide free support via phone and email so your
team has expert advice and you can control your costs.
