We award Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to participants in our learning events at the rate of 1 CEU per 10 hours of learning based on the following criteria:

• We plan our training in response to identified needs of customers and clients.
• We record the intended learning outcomes based on identified needs.
• Our personnel are competent to plan, design and deliver our training and verify learning.
• Our content and instructional methods are appropriate for the learning outcomes of each activity.
• We create and maintain teaching environments that are conducive to the learning objectives.
• Our procedures assess achievement of learning outcomes including self-assessment, instructor observation, testing, examination and learners reporting the results of their workshops.
• We identify the learners who meet the requirements for satisfactory completion and maintain a record for at least six years of each learner’s participation.
• We evaluate each class after it has taken place as part of our continual improvement process.

Customers and clients are responsible for verifying the acceptability of our training and the subject matter directly with their particular professional institution.
